Excellent Corrosion Resistance
FEP material can withstand almost all strong acids (e.g., concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid), strong alkalis, organic solvents, and oxidants. Its chemical stability is second only to PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), ensuring the purity of conveyed media and long service life of the tubing.
Outstanding Resistance to High and Low Temperatures
It can operate continuously within a wide temperature range from -80°C to +200°C. It can withstand high-temperature sterilization while remaining flexible at low temperatures without becoming brittle.
High Transparency & Non-Stick Properties
The tube wall is transparent, allowing for real-time observation of the fluid's status, color, and flow rate inside the tube. Its smooth surface has excellent non-stick properties, preventing media residue, facilitating easy cleaning, and effectively avoiding cross-contamination.
Superior Mechanical Protection
The outer spring sleeve (typically made of PVC or stainless steel) provides excellent resistance to compression, stretching, and abrasion for the inner tube. It protects against damage caused by bending, crushing, or vacuum collapse, significantly enhancing the mechanical strength of the assembly.
